“Portrait in Green and Blue”, 2025

16 × 20 inches / 40.5 × 51 cm
This portrait is all about pearlescent skin. To achieve this I used various cool and warms skin tones, from greens and blues to oranges and pinks. I then unified them with a glaze. The work took many weeks and many layers of paint to get the effect I wanted.
